Terms of Service
These terms govern client engagements with Puresome Cleaning LLC. We believe in transparency, proactive communication, and partnership-level collaboration.

Service scope
We provide steam cleaning, botanical detailing, organizing support, and concierge follow-up as outlined in your proposal. Services not included in the proposal will be quoted separately.
Scheduling and access
Regular visits are scheduled with a two-hour arrival window. Clients must provide secure entry instructions. Missed visits with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $75 fee.
Sustainability practices
We operate a zero-fragrance policy, launder microfibers in-house, and offer refill stations for consumables. Clients may request documentation for LEED, WELL, or ESG reporting.
Billing
Residential services are billed after each visit. Commercial and industrial engagements are invoiced monthly with net-15 terms. We accept ACH, major credit cards, and corporate billing portals.
Liability and insurance
Puresome Cleaning holds comprehensive general liability, workers compensation, and bonded coverage. We request clients disclose high-value or delicate items prior to service.
Cancellations
Either party may cancel ongoing service with seven days notice. Emergency cancellations will be accommodated without penalty when weather or safety is a factor.
